Shipping Policy

We ship across South Africa from our fulfillment partner in Gauteng. Every order is packed by hand, quality-checked, and photographed before dispatch.

Delivery times

Standard delivery takes 5–10 working days from dispatch, depending on your location. Orders placed before 12:00 SAST on a working day are typically dispatched the same day.

• Major metros (Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban): 5–7 working days.
• Regional & outlying areas: 7–10 working days.

Shipping fees

• Standard delivery: R95 nationwide.
• Complimentary delivery on orders over R1,500.
